The Foundation is currently in the process of applying for recognition as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions made at this time are not yet confirmed as tax-deductible. If and when tax-exempt status is approved by the IRS, donors will be notified by email regarding the tax-deductibility of their contributions.
